Initial Consultation & Assessment to discuss your goals, training experience and lifestyle
1-on-1 Personal Training sessions
Individualized and Customized Training Program with a balanced strength & conditioning approach
24/7 Access to Coach for constant communication and support
Packages of 4, 8, 12 and 24 sessions available, a minimum of 1 session per week is required:
$93 per session (1 hour session)
30 minute sessions are available
All sessions are based out of gym space in Pickering, Ontario (exact location will be provided upon contact)
