1-on-1 Personal Training

Looking for a personalized and customized fitness training to help you reach your goals? Need a coach to assist you with accountability and staying on track? Then 1-on-1 Personal Training is right for you!

Each package includes:

  • Initial Consultation & Assessment to discuss your goals, training experience and lifestyle

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions

  • Individualized and Customized Training Program with a balanced strength & conditioning approach

  • 24/7 Access to Coach for constant communication and support

  • Packages of 4, 8, 12 and 24 sessions available, a minimum of 1 session per week is required:

    • $93 per session (1 hour session)

    • 30 minute sessions are available

  • All sessions are based out of gym space in Pickering, Ontario (exact location will be provided upon contact)

  • Complimentary 15 minute Consultation
